BLAIR PIETRINI
Co-Founder + CEO
When her husband Gene Pietrini unexpectedly passed away the year he opened Pietrini Pizza, Blair made the decision to carry on his legacy by resuming his post at the restaurant. She ended up closing the non-profit she built and ran for over 25 years, Grateful Hearts Storehouse, which supported the community with food, clothing, and necessities. She brings her heart for hospitality and community to Pietrini, and loves to give back to the city where she was raised. If you don't see her at the restaurant, you can probably find her at Savers (which one, we'll never tell).
LANDON PIETRINI
Head Chef / Pizza Guy
Honestly, there ain't a thing this guy can't do. Singer-songwriter, baker extraordinaire, dad of the year (8 years running!), legit surfer...it's kind of annoying. He loves his wife Kendrika, his house full of kiddos, camping, bouldering, and experimenting in the kitchen. Have we mentioned he slings a mean pizza pie? ;)
SHAWNEE PEREZ
General Manager
Her grandkids call her "Big Buddy."
With over 30 years of experience working in luxury accommodations, Shawnee "volunteered" to wash dishes at Pietrini Pizza after Gene's passing and has been with us ever since. She's got a knack for crunching numbers and some deep love for Elvis Presley (can you guess the name of her youngest daughter, one of our former servers?!).
LIZBEH GARCIA
Operations Manager
"Let's dough, let's dough!"
Safe to say you can probably hear Lizbeh exclaiming this in the kitchen right now. Born in Puerto Rico, she brings boricua heart and soul to our team with everything she does. A licensed massage therapist, she lends her "manos poetas" to the dough making process as part of our dough team. She's passionate about leadership development, good food, and Bad Bunny (obvi!).
